Welcome to Juniperus Herbals were people, the planet, and the consumer comes first!

Transparency is a top priority here at Juniperus Herbals and in-like support companies that practice the same policies. I source all of my ingredients from companies that have ethical practices. 

Processing Time and Shipping

Most products will be ready to ship within three business days. 

Delays may be unavoidable due to backorders or availability. If processing your order takes longer than three days, you will be contacted via email.

If you are making a purchase that has a deadline, please include the information during check-out. We are happy to help and accommodate your needs if possible. 

If you would like your gift sent as a gift, you can add gift-wrapping to your cart.

**All packages are shipped using materials made from post-consumer recycled materials or reused materials from the shop.**

Returns and exchanges 

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the Contact tab from the Main Menu.
  2. Enter your name, email, and phone number into the appropriate fields.
  3. In the message field, include your order number, the item you would like to exchange or return, and the reason for the return. 

You will receive a response within three business days to begin the exchange/return process. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive your refund/store credit within three business days after we have received the items. If you are exchanging your items, the new items will ship within three business days of receiving the returned items. 

If, after 15 days, you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. We can work together to make sure your needs are met. 


Missing or damaged items 

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the situation! 

If your item was received damaged, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace damaged items. We will require a photo of the damaged product and the shipping package.
