Returns and exchanges
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Click on the Contact tab from the Main Menu.
- Enter your name, email, and phone number into the appropriate fields.
- In the message field, include your order number, the item you would like to exchange or return, and the reason for the return.
You will receive a response within three business days to begin the exchange/return process. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive your refund/store credit within three business days after we have received the items. If you are exchanging your items, the new items will ship within three business days of receiving the returned items.
If, after 15 days, you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. We can work together to make sure your needs are met.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2375 Rhinehart Rd SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing or damaged items
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the situation!
If your item was received damaged, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace damaged items. We will require a photo of the damaged product and the shipping package.
